Nu Sentral (pronounced as “new Sentral”) a 7 storey retail mall and 27 storey office tower, will be completing soon in 2012 within KL Sentral and it will be Kuala Lumpur’s first “green” shopping mall by adopting internationally recognised building standards as well as implementing an environment-friendly and energy saving features.It will undergo Singapore’s BCA Green Mark compliance and Malaysia’s Green Building Index certification.
The name and brand of Nu Sentral is a simple expression that there is always something nu for everyone at this retail mall that is specially designed for fast pace lifestyle.
Nu Sentral features contemporary architectural design elements incorporating unique components such as the green sky park, clean atrium spaces and natural skylight at the atrium roof.
Another unique accessibility feature is that Nu Sentral is linked to Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur via a fully air-conditioned bridge and another separate bridge to link to and from the KL Sentral Monorail Station. Moreover, it will also have direct linkage to the surrounding three Office Towers and a future linkage to a hotel development.
