Summer Holiday Part II

Summer Holiday is here again! Richie Ren and Sammi Cheng will be filming “Summer Holiday Part 2″ on Pulau Redang, Terengganu island again in March.
The first Summer Holiday, filmed in Pulau Redang, had a box office of HK$21mil (RM9.2mil) when it was released in 2001.
Due to this, director Jingle Ma had decided to carry on with the love story.
Summer Holiday 2 will focus on the married life of Mo Mo Cha (Ren) and Summer Koo (Cheng).
Cheng said she was looking forward to working with the Summer crew again.
“Ma is currenly writing the script and I learnt that it was about our marriage life … it should be fun,’’ she said in a Guang Ming Daily report.
The first Summer Holiday also featured Malaysian singers Ah Niu and Michael Wong. However, it is not known if they will feature in the new movie.
