Synopsis:

High-flier Mak Tai Song has bid the business world adieu after the death of his mentor. Later on, he get to know that his mentor’s wife, Sze Mo Lin is in debt. To help her out, Tai Song begins to sell “business tactics” to a trader, Tong Kat to settle Mo Lin’s debts.

Song refuses to settle down in a full time job and would rather earn his income on a daily basis. Tai Song meets a debt collection agent, Lam Miu Miu. She tires to push him into a corner. Both Tai Song and Miu Miu play trieck on one another until they eventually fall for each other.

Tai Song also runs into his brother, On Cho Lin. Their meeting triggered memories from Tai Song’s past; he recalled the times when his mother left the family. Tai Song felt a sense of hatred for his mother and is determined to seek revenge against Cho Lin and his family. Tai Song’s sudden change in personality left Miu Miu feeling confused.

Jack Neo, his wife and children are going through an ordeal. Reports about his infidelity will make the rounds and cause pain and embarrassment.

Before the news broke on Saturday evening, Jack called to tell me. He wanted to tell me himself and not have me learn from newspaper reports. Giving me the background, he was full of remorse, adding that his wife and children were angry with him for what he did. I listened to what he said with great sadness and said he was right to admit wrong and face up to his responsibility. I was concerned for his wife. When he told me that his
wife was beside him, I asked to speak to her and pledged my full support to them.

Life is a long and often difficult journey, and what Jack and his family are going through is what he might have presented in his own movie, except that this time it is about himself. We are used to having Jack make us laugh, bring cheer to our daily lives, explain our trials and make them easier to bear. Let us rally around Jack, his wife and his children at this time.

27 years of marriage ended with a humiliating news which travel afar. Kinda sad, i hope he will think back about it and turn into a new leaf.

What crosses our mind when people mentioned vending machine? A dispensers.. of course, feed it with money and it drops your chosen snacks or drinks.

We have advanced and more and more products are being sold in our market in the form of styrofoam, plastic, glass, aluminium.

And we had created a big problem to our environment. But how are we suppose to help clean it up?

By following the 3R

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

There are people who litter as though the world is theirs. In reality, we’re sharing the Earth together. If they won’t throw their rubbish into the right hole. We have no choice but to invent a technology called “Reverse Vending Machines”. A Reverse Vending Machine act the opposites, it takes your stuff and in exchange refund coins to you.

Reverse Vending Machines are a great component to protect our environment, as this encourage people to recycle their plastic, aluminium and glass drink containers once they’re finished with them.

Statistics shown the amount of waste is increasing therefore it is important to create awareness to reduce it.

In Malaysia, with the population jump forecast at 2.4 percent or 600,000 a year (since 1994) more solid wastes was expected to be produced, reducing the life span of the garbage disposal dumps.

The scenario was further worsened with the statistics that showed 113 of the 289 garbage disposal sites in the country were no longer operating. Most of them were waiting for ‘decomissioning’.

Therefore, Malaysian should do their part in recycling.

“We have a long way to go in waste management when you compare with countries like Germany, Singapore and Japan,’’ said president of the Environmental Protection Society Malaysia Nithi Nesadurai.

“That’s because Malaysians’ civic conscious level is very low. Awareness is there, yet people still litter. Perhaps a change in attitude will only come with a penalty,’’ Nithi said.

Will a reverse vending machine help to attract more people into recycling in the long run, in return for cash? And will our government purchase such machines to help curb these problem?

After much debate in a forum over my Do’s and don’t of a wife’s role in marriage, I found out that majority of female/wife/woman still stand strong to support for gender equality.

The Theory of [Women = Men]

Our modern society define a “modern woman” should have these qualities in her:

* Strong
* Independent
* Self-sufficient
* Reasonable
* Ambitious
* Making career
* Competing with men

An article which i found in the net sounds hilarious, she sets a current guideline for these modern women.

1.) No matter what, YOU ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!

2.) When you feel like you have nagged too much, always remember, there is no such thing as too much.

3.) When he walks through the door after a hard days work and asks for a hot meal, (As if you had nothing better to do all day) hand over the macaroni and cheese and the carton of milk but don’t feel guilty! Believe me, you have already done way too much.

4.) When he asks you to wash his shirt the second you walk in the door from work, after he’s been home for eight and a half hours straight playing video games, take his shirt, smile, and spray it with febreeze.

5.) When his friends are over for Monday night football and he requests snacks, stroll on over to the kitchen and grab that bag of stale nacho chips that you have been waiting to get rid of, and the jar of store brand salsa that has been expired for three months. Trust me, they won’t even notice.

6.) And last but not least, when he complains about having to watch the kids for one hour so that you can take a bubble bath, which is sadly, one of the few true joys left in your life, gently remind him of those ten glorious hours of excruciating pain that you endured bearing HIS children!

No wonder our divorce rate in Malaysia is getting higher.

The key to a happy marriage is that both the husband (lovingly) and wife (being submissive) have to take responsibility and do his/her part irrespective of the other!!! (source: siimeon.ee)

Personally, i don’t think this gender equality as a solution to a happy marriage. Man and woman is so different, they have their own responsibiliy and we woman will have our own responsibility. You can’t push a man to share 50% of your housework unless he willingly offer to “assist” his wife.Similar Posts:
