How to remove election marking ink

This is how i remove the indelible voter’s marking ink on my finger. Please do not wipe your finger with tissue because the more you wipe, it’ll smear even MORE!

Be sure to check your channel and saluran online before you enter the hall because there will be so many people no time to check your channel number. Each classroom has it’s own channel so ask the officer on duty.
